"Dancing Through Summer" at LBBS
**ALSO OPEN TO NON LBBS PUPILS**
We recognise that Summer holidays can be a long time not to train in dance, and many of our very keen students do not wish to miss out on classes!

The 'Summer Saturdays' run at various levels and are open to boys who attend Grade 1 upwards OR are age 7 - 17, with or without previous dance experience.
​
An example of each day is shown below:
1100 - 1230 PERFORMANCE PROJECT
1230 - 1300 LUNCH BREAK
1300 - 1430 BALLET MASTERCLASS
1430 - 1445 BREAK
1445 - 1545 PERFORMANCE PROJECT COMBINED
The Ballet Masterclass will primarily cover Ballet technique, focusing on different training skills each week, (e.g. Turns, Allegro etc.). This class will be taken by one of our highly regarded and experienced faculty members.

The Performance classes will run by Ms Amelia Jane who choreographed all work for our last theatre showcase.
​
Ms Amelia will be giving pupils an introduction as to what to the next showcase theme will cover, and begin choreographing some of the dances that will be performed at the theatre venue. All very exciting - It will be showtime before you know it!
​
Ms Amelia's choreography draws from Jazz / Musical Theatre and Contemporary dance styles, whilst always having a strong Ballet base. Choreography is made accessible to ALL attendees abilities.

The summer days will all begin at 11 am and will run until 1545 for all levels. Breaks will be given throughout the day and a designated lunch slot allocated.

You will only be required to choose exact Saturday dates just before the first date of the course start.
