Contact us and we will invite your child to come and try our RAD ballet, Ballet Choreography, Jazz Dance, Musical Theatre, Strength Class and Contemporary classes for free.

We run classes for different levels and age groups, so please message or telephone us if you wish your child to attend and we will advise which class will be most suitable.

We are the first and only boys Ballet school in the UK and are proud to be supporting young male students that wish to dance. Boys that train with us will learn alongside other peers of similiar ages and abilities and will have the full support of the school and their teacher to progress their dance in a safe and fun environment.

All our teachers are well experienced in the dancing world. Whether Ballet is chosen as a hobby or perhaps as a future career, we will ensure to work with parents and pupils to help achieve desired goals.

Male Dance students who train with us have the opportunity to study the RAD (Royal Academy Of Dance) Ballet and dance graded syllabus up to Advanced vocational levels.

We also follow the ISTD association (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) for our Tap and Modern Dance work.

DANCE ASSOCIATIONS

We follow the RAD (Royal Academy Of Dance) syllabus for Ballet and ISTD (Imperial Society Of Teachers of Dancing) for our Tap & Modern Dance Classes. Both of these dance associations are very well renowned and offer qualifications that are recogised worldwide.

Billy Elliot Workshop, Theatre Visit and Backstage Tour!

Next term we have organised a 'Billy' Workshop run by Billy Elliot cast member David Muscat. David has been part of the Billy Elliot musical in Austalia and London for many years and has been running many work shops of this kind. The workshop will look at the storyline, thinking behind the the dance movements and the essence of the show. The pupils will also have the chance to learn the show finale and of course have a great deal of fun!

During the week after this Saturday workshop we have also arranged a theatre visit to watch the Billy Ellot Performance at the Victoria Palace theatre. We are also fortunate enough to be offered the rare opportunity of a backstage tour following the show! We very much look forwward to Aprils workshop and show!

The parent/pupil area includes term and class information, tips and help, downlodable forms and letters, useful videos, teacher noticeboards, school calendar and more..... More Classes are on the way...

Extra boys ballet classes will be starting next term on a Thursday evening. Two classes a week is recommended for boys studying grade 4 and above.

Contemporary and tap dance classes will also be introduced next term running on a saturday after ballet classes.

Monthly Competitions

We will soon be starting a monthly competition where LBBS pupils can win a school T-Shirt, Hoodie or Cap! Watch the website for more information...coming soon!
