Boys Strength & Stretching Class
As part of any dancers training we recognise the importance of developing a pupils strength to allow them to perform higher grade work safely and correctly. These classes are designed for boys attending Ballet classes Grade 3 and above. Our strength and stretching classes are not only perfect for body conditioning but also a great deal of fun!
Stretching is also very important for a dancer especially after a long run of classes with us. We not only encourage pupils to practice some stretching techniques at home but also offer a stretching session at the end of our Saturday timetable. A great way to relax and cool down following a hard days training!
